“Their eye for detail is exceptional- from the suggestions to do a bullnose cap to compliment the round roof tiles, to dropping the porch to be even with the step so it would be less of a tripping hazard, to finding a stack stone that matched the color and complimented our home- Gregg and his crew truly went above and beyond thinking of all the things that I would have glossed over and later regretted. They made sure the plants we picked would do well in our yard while also bringing depth, dimension and texture- and I’m dying for the pilaster lights they picked to come in so we can tie it all together- we truly couldn’t be happier!
We’ve been through our fair share of crappy contractors here while doing our backyard (a couple of times 🤪)- the lack of communication, poor workmanship, no shows, the unlicensed (never again- such a nightmare) to STILL needing to have our backyard finished on a job we already paid in full for (big mistake)- my point is, this experience was SUCH a breath of fresh air.
10/10 recommend doing your research and giving them a call.”

“We loved working with vrcbuild so much that we decided to work with them again for our front yard! I cannot recommend this company enough. You will never experience this level of customer service with any other contractor and crew. The project took a total of 9 days!!! I watched the VRC guys arrive punctually at 7am every single day and they worked straight the whole time they were here and cleaned up at the end of every day. I’ve never met a more dedicated team! "VRC for the win again!! I cannot thank Melissa Mann and Gregg Bleifer enough for making magic out of thin air with our backyard. Gregg was so straight forward, no bs, from the start which I appreciate immensely. Melissa helped us turn a basic idea of a backyard into a stunning, cohesive design and has been so hands on with managing this project. What could have taken 3 months took only 3.5 weeks. Minimum 4 guys working Monday through Friday all day tirelessly. Everything was so meticulously managed and maintained by their team. They really take such pride in their work. Wow. HOA rules, Fire Dpt, no problem. They’ve done so many skyline houses and live here themselves! Hard to trust landscapers/contractors, but who wouldn’t trust someone who isn’t afraid to where they !! We are so thrilled with our backyard. Thank you VRC for reassuring us every step of the way that we made the right decision with you."

"I have used Valley Remodel & Construction and just recently finished my front and backyards. The workers were here every single day and did an amazing job in construction. My pergola is not nailed together, but 800 screws were used so that winds would not dislodge any of the wood. They come every day and check the progress and are on top of any additional changes that I made. If I could give them more than 10 stars I would."
