VRC is a family-owned and operated business built on decades of community ties and a commitment to doing things right. Gregg and his wife Lisa have called Santa Clarita home for over 40 years, raising three children who are proud Saugus and Valencia alumni.

Our Story

Gregg's path to becoming a contractor wasn't traditional—it was born from experience. He has owned three brand-new homes in Santa Clarita Valley, each requiring extensive front and backyard development. After completing his homes and supervising both of his daughter's yards, Gregg recognized there was a need for a better process. Homeowners deserved better—contractors who show up every day, communicate often, and who pay attention to the details which are important to customers.

That vision became the foundation of VRC.

Today, VRC remains a true family affair. Our daughter Melissa brings her design expertise and natural ability to connect with clients as our graphic designer and project manager, while Lisa keeps everything running smoothly with the numbers behind the scenes. Together, we've built a business that reflects our values: integrity, craftsmanship, and genuine care for every project.
